It's the best

After sleeping on a serta for 10yrs I thought I would try some of the other new mattress brands on the market. The ones with fun marketing commercials and in-home trials and all that no hassle stuff. What do I have to lose right?
Having gone through a three of those mattresses now, I can tell you that I had four very uncomfortable months of sleep to lose. My wife and I both had terrible hip and back pain, restless nights, and difficulty even wanting to go to bed. Finally I looked up serta and went with a tried and true, a tested and proven comfortable bed.
Does it cost a little more?
Yes.
After having handled and slept on the other mattresses that also had the same length of warranty, I can tell you there's no way those things were going to last the 10 years that this will. So if I divide this price by 10 it's the cost of two nights at a hotel per year for the next 10 years. If you put it in a perspective like that... It's 3,600 nights.
Is it worth it?
Absolutely.
I sleep hot. Like ridiculously hot. I take an SSRI everyday and it leads to an awful about of night sweats most nights. I finally stay cool in my serta. We got the max cool options and they are worth every penny. It doesn't stop me from sweating, but it doesn't add to the problem the way every other mattress did. Even the sleep cool guarantees and ultra air flow options that we tried on other brands.
Supportive? Plush?
Of course.
We got comparable models from the other brands, the models that boast of hip and back support. Models that were supposed to be cradling all the curves... It never happened. It seemed until this serta mattress came that we would have to get a firm, hard mattress in order to find anything with support. Which neither of us wanted. The ultra plush more than delivered cradling every thing that needed to be cradled and being wonderfully soft to the touch and through the night.
